Being at the helm of a lodge for 9 years is one thing. Being a part of Ryan and Jo’s lodge family where we strive every day to be better, to reinvent the wheel and to make sure we create a little piece of heaven for each and every one of our guests is another completely different story.
As a team, we were burning the midnight oil at the lodge, working on the never-ending paper trail, when we received the email containing the results of our grading assessment. A quick click to open the attachment, and there stood the product of our hard work – a Five Star rating! In August 2019, our family’s dream came to fruition.
We have done it! Hours and hours of training, lots of sweat, refurbishing the lodge and suites, I was overflowing in pride and joy for our team. And now shedding some tears, our dream had finally come true.
