At Jaci’s Safari Lodge we pride ourselves on our authentic, down-to-earth dining experiences.
From starlit boma dinners and bush braais under Madikwe’s striking skies to our famous “Rhino cookies” and Amarula hot chocolate on game drives, our food offering at the lodge is carefully considered, locally sourced and created with traditional South African love and flair!
Such a significant part of the Jaci’s safari experience is played by our gastronomic offering and this inspired our recent food photography shoot. Shot by our resident photographic expert, Andrew Aveley, the kitchen at Jaci’s Safari Lodge prepared some of our guest and staff favourites, which have been captured beautifully in a series of stunning images which we can not wait to incorporate in a variety of applications when presenting the full Jaci’s Lodges experience in the future.
