Onguma Art, Videos and More

Onguma has been hard at work over this year and has a number of exciting happenings coming online.

Our new website is a continual work in progress and a great source of information for you to use, and our social media pages (Facebook and Instagram) showcase some of the ‘here and now on the reserve’ moments to entice your guests who are considering visiting us in Namibia. Our latest delight is the birth of 5 cheetah cubs which can be seen here.

Within the new website are Onguma Nature Reserve’s new images, fact sheets, and videos showcasing not only the reserve but also the varied options of accommodation and how your guests’ stay with us helps contribute to our conservation and sustainability initiatives. The videos are available on our website for you to use via an embedded link or sharing directly from our website or Youtube channel and high-res images are available on request.

And, earlier this week saw the opening of the Onguma Art Gallery at Onguma The Fort. This carefully curated space lends itself to reflective tranquility and invites guests to immerse themselves in a mixture of oil paintings and bronze sculptures by internationally acclaimed artist Peter Grey, inspired by Onguma and the Etosha surrounds.
