In March, we had the absolute pleasure of hosting Danish actor, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, for a night at Sabyinyo Silverback Lodge!
We all know Nikolaj from his huge role in HBO’s Game Of Thrones, but away from the big screen, he is also involved with many humanitarian causes. He came to Rwanda as a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in order to raise awareness for conservation and stayed with us for a night. A short while later he was on The Ellen Show, speaking very passionately of both Rwanda and his experience with our precious Mountain Gorillas. We are so grateful to have such amazing ambassadors for a country which has so much to offer! You can the Ellen Show HERE.
