The Mathews Range Forest is home to many rare animals, birds, and plants.
Amongst all these bright and beautiful creatures are the elusive De Brazza monkeys!
With over 222,000 acres to call home finding them is not easy, however, the Museums of Kenya have spent many years monitoring and surveying De Brazza troops in the depths of our forest.
Guests who stay at Kitich Camp have the opportunity to join Museum researchers, heading deep into the forest to find the troops. In the evening stay in a comfortable fly-camp, enjoying dinner under the stars and sharing the day’s stories around the campfire.
