The Big Day
For the big day, choose between either a late morning ceremony with spectacular views in the African sun, or you can say your ‘I do’s’ in the late afternoon as the sun sets over the Waterberg, followed by a lunch/dinnertime celebration. Or you can say your ‘I do’s’ in late afternoon, as the sun sets over the Waterberg, followed by a dinnertime celebration. Instead of a church or hall, at Ants, you can opt to be married on the top of a mountain, or under a shady Acacia tree. If you’re lucky, you may even have some giraffe or rhino standing witness.

For those who would like a more traditional wedding, there is a charming thatched church situated in the middle of the bush and not far from the reserve. For the reception, this can also take place out in the bush, or it could be held on the deck of the lodge or on your own private veranda.
