Tena Tena South Luangwa

Zambia is a landlocked country in Southern Africa. Moderated by altitude, the climate is humid subtropical, with the rainy season from November to April, and the dry season from May to October. Tourist attractions include the Victoria Falls, or one of the many game reserves.


Zambia offers a wide range of activities, from adventurous walking safaris, to gentle morning canoe trips down the Zambezi River, enriching cultural interactions with the local communities; to adrenaline-pumping bungee jumping… there really is something for everyone. Highlights include:
  • The internationally renowned Victoria Falls which is one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World.
  • Livingstone, home of the Falls, is becoming one of the adventure capitals of the world.
  • The Luangwa Valley is home of the walking safaris and renowned for sightings of the elusive leopard.
  • The Lower Zambezi National Park is host to one of the most prolific wildlife regions in Africa with canoeing, fishing and boat safaris being part of the experience.

Climate: Temperatures ranging from 18ºC – 45ºC from Sept to May with rains occurring from Nov to Mar. June to Aug are cooler months with temperatures between 10ºC to 30ºC.
